Carol’s dealings with us were exemplary from start to finish, her market appraisal was the most accurate on the 3 received, the fee structure was competitive (not the lowest, but not the highest), we were given a number of options to market our property and we chose a “quiet listing” as we were in no rush sell it (and were not interested in a high pressure sale process). Carol did not try any high-pressure sales tactics on us, instead she listened to our requirements, gave us the benefit of her experience, answered any questions that we had and then rapidly and efficiently put into action our preferred sales approach. Carol kept us fully informed at all stages of the sales process and was proactive in making sure that that the end to end process (market appraisal, sign up, update on marketing process/viewings, offer stage, conditional to unconditional phase and final settlement) went smoothly for all parties.
